Fuel Surcharge Notice Dear Valued Customers: We are sure that, by now, you have noticed the steep increase in the price of standard fuel at your nearest fuel station. We at Miller Company have done our absolute BEST to shield you, our customer, from the skyrocketing prices of fuel. However, after the latest round of increases, Miller Compny has found it necessary to begin implementing a temporary fuel surcharge on its invoices. Should the high cost of fuel subside we will, of course, relax or do away with the fuel surcharge.
